Terms of Service

Updated October 9, 2026

GroupsHunter is provided from Israel at https://groupshunter.com. These terms govern access to and use of GroupsHunter. By using the service, you agree to these terms. GroupsHunter is an AI agent that watches Facebook groups for you, finds posts that match what you asked for, and helps you find and join groups and research competitor ads.

If you use GroupsHunter on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account details, protecting your sign-in details and all activity under your account.

2. Using the service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service, subject to these terms.

GroupsHunter helps you find opportunities. It does not guarantee that you will find customers, an apartment, a job or a deal, does not replace professional advice and does not make decisions for you.

3. Facebook accounts and Meta

To work, GroupsHunter uses the Facebook accounts you connect to it: it searches and reads groups and posts on your behalf and, with your approval, asks to join groups. Connect only accounts that are yours or that you are allowed to use; you are responsible for using them in line with Facebook's terms and each group's rules.

GroupsHunter is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. Facebook may limit, block or sign out an account at any time. We slow down and pause when Facebook limits the pace, but we are not responsible for Facebook's decisions about your account.

4. The AI agent

The agent uses artificial-intelligence models to understand your requests, score posts and draft text. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check an opportunity, a group or a draft before you act on it.

Actions that go out to Facebook on your behalf, like a request to join a group, wait for your approval. The agent shares on your behalf only details you marked in your profile as allowed to share.

5. Your data

The information you enter, your tasks, preferences, memory and chats with the agent remain yours. You allow us to store, process and transmit them as needed to provide, secure and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Posts and content from Facebook groups belong to the people who posted them. Use them only to reach people in a relevant, lawful way, including under privacy and anti-spam law.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service or allow anyone else to do so. You may not:

  • break any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • send spam, unsolicited marketing or harassment to people found through the service;
  • post unlawful, misleading, abusive or harmful content;
  • attempt to access accounts, systems or information without permission, including other people's Facebook accounts;
  • interfere with the stability, security or performance of the service;
  • reverse engineer or extract source code unless the law expressly permits it.

7. Plans and payments

Plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Payment is not open yet. Before we charge you, we will show the price, the billing cycle and the payment provider, and ask for your approval.

Cancellation and refunds are explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. You are responsible for taxes that apply to you unless the law requires us to collect them.

8. Ownership

The service, software, designs, interfaces, documentation and marks supplied by GroupsHunter belong to GroupsHunter or its licensors. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We may use feedback you send without restriction or payment, but we will not publicly identify you as its source without permission.

9. Availability, disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation, or that every relevant post will be found.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroupsHunter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, information, reputation, revenue, business opportunities or access to a Facebook account. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid to GroupsHunter for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access when we reasonably believe these terms were breached, the service or other users are at risk, or the law requires it.

When use ends, the rights under these terms end. Provisions that by their nature should continue remain in effect. Account deletion is described on the Account deletion page.

11. General terms and contact

These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, the Accessibility Statement and the Account deletion page form the agreement between you and GroupsHunter. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to consumer and privacy rights that cannot be waived. Nothing here limits a right the law gives you.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@groupshunter.com.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If a change is material, we will post it here and take reasonable steps to notify users through the service.

Continued use after the update means you accept the revised terms, except where the law requires extra notice or consent. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
